1:30pm SOUNDwalks begin at Ward's Island at island-side ferry docks
5pm SOUNDwalks begin at St. Andrew by-the-Lake church

Additional SOUNDwalks are scheduled for the Sound Travels performance weekend during which the Guerilla Sound Events (live performances of Guerilla Sound Art) will take place beginning at Ward's Island ferry dock (Island side): August 11th 6:30 pm, August 12th 1:30 and 6:30pm, August 13th 1:30pm.

Close your eyes and listen. What do you hear? The Sound Travels SOUNDwalks will feature some of the many interesting acoustic sound marks on Toronto Island with some special attractions along the way. These SOUNDwalks are sponsored by the Canadian Association for Sound Ecology (CASE) in order to help boost awareness of acoustic ecology: the study of the relationship between living organisms and their sonic environment (or soundscape).
