SOUNDplay is a meeting point for experimentation in new media and sound art, SOUNDplay pushes the boundaries and encourages new fusions of image, sound and text.

SOUNDplay 2006

This year's festival includes a sound sculpture by Gary DiBenedetto, installations, videomusic screenings, Flicker films, performances by Wet Gate (Peter Conheim, Steve Dye & Owen O'Toole), Michael Snow trio, Louis Dufort, Phh!k with Don Sinclair, artist talks and workshops. Portions of SOUNDplay are co-produced and/or sponsored by Pleasure Dome, Prefix Institute of Contemporary Art, Charles Street Video, Inter/access & Gallery 1313.
